Lesson Expiration & Extension Policy
To help students stay consistent and make steady progress, all lesson packages must be used within the following timeframes:

4-lesson package → Expires in 5 weeks

10-lesson package → Expires in 12 weeks
-
20-lesson package → Expires in 24 weeks

Any unused lessons after the expiration date will no longer be valid unless a rollover fee is paid.
🔒 After the expiry date:
• The rollover fee applies monthly for each month you continue using expired lessons.

💡 Avoiding the fee:
If you still have unused lessons when your package expires, you may request to convert them into store credit (equal in value to those lessons). This credit can be used toward your next 10- or 20-lesson package and does not expire.

📌 Please note: It is the student's responsibility to schedule and use all lessons within the active period of the package. No refunds will be given for unused lessons.
